Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate content to ensure it aligns with platform policies

• Review reports and flag content related to user behavior, copyright, and community standards

• Make context-based decisions on sensitive or critical content

• Provide feedback to improve processes and ensure the best user experience

Location: On-site in Porto, Portugal
Languages: Italian (C1) & English (B2)
Contract: Full-time, permanent (flexibility based on experience)

Ideal Profile:

• 6+ months of experience in customer service, moderation, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and resilience in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working with sensitive content

• Team player with strong communication and critical thinking skills
