What you'll do:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices
Deliver highquality service to ensure a superior customer experience
Follow up on customer queries until fully resolved, meeting deadlines and commitments
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth processing of requests
What were looking for:
️ High level of French (written and spoken)
️ Fluent English (B2)
️ Previous experience in customer relations
️ Strong interpersonal and writing skills
️ Computer literacy (MS Office or similar)
️ Versatility, organization, and ability to work autonomously in a fastchanging environment
