What you will do in this role

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading European automotive brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience

• Stay updated on the latest products, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information

• Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

• Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

Your qualifications

• High level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and good level of English (B2)

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

• Passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital technologies

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
