An international customer service company is growing its team in Porto, Portugal, and is looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a multicultural, supportive environment.
Day to day, you'll support customers by phone, email or chat, answer their questions professionally, follow up carefully on every case, and actively contribute to their satisfaction. You'll be part of a close-knit team, in a structured environment that values service quality as much as employee wellbeing.

This role is on-site, based in Porto.
Compensation: L1: EUR1019x14 + up to EUR100/mo productivity (6mo) + EUR25 attendance + ~EUR126 meal allowance. L2: EUR1120x14 + same bonuses. (stated as gross monthly, excluding the additional bonuses mentioned above).
We're looking for fluent Italian (spoken and written); a good level of English is a plus but not essential. No prior contact centre experience is required — your motivation and service mindset make the difference.
