Customer Service Representative – Italian Speaker – Porto

Already based in Porto? We're hiring Italian speakers! An international customer service company is growing its team in Porto, Portugal, and is looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a multicultural, supportive environment. Day to day, you'll support customers by phone, email or chat, answer their questions professionally, follow up carefully on every case, and actively contribute to their satisfaction. Compensation: L1: EUR1019x14 + up to EUR100/mo productivity (6mo) + EUR25 attendance + ~EUR126 meal allowance. L2: EUR1120x14 + same bonuses. (stated as gross monthly, excluding the additional bonuses mentioned above). We're looking for fluent Italian (spoken and written); a good level of English is a plus but not essential.
