What Youll Do

Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat in Italian.

Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when needed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes.

Work towards individual and team performance targets.

Who You Are

Native-level Italian speaker with good English skills (B2+).

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
