We are seeking Italian-speaking talent to join an international customer service team in Athens. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a multicultural environment while supporting customers and representing leading global brands.

What Youll Do

  • Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat in Italian.

  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes.

  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.

Who You Are

  • Native-level Italian speaker with good English skills (B2+).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Customer-focused and able to work under pressure.

  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
