French speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Braga, Portugal
Starting Date: 30 October 2025
Work Model: On-Site

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for an exciting international project. In this role, you will provide top-quality support to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday:
07:00AM - 07:00PM (Rotational shifts)
Saturday: 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM
2 days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day

Permanent Contract (3 months trial)
NO ENGLISH NEEDED
1000 - Consumer Credit Platform - wave of 30/10

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
