Digital Trust & Safety Analyst – Norwegian-speaking

As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you will go beyond frontline moderation — you will analyse trends, patterns, and data to support the development of safer, smarter content policies. This is an excellent step up for those looking to build an analytical career in digital trust and safety.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyse trust and safety data to identify trends, risks, and anomalies
• Produce actionable reports and insights for policy and operations teams
• Review complex or escalated cases requiring analytical judgment
• Support the development and refinement of content moderation frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global trust and safety stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Norwegian: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Analytical mindset with experience or interest in data analysis
• Ability to synthesise large volumes of information into clear insights
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
