Customer Care Agent - Danish Speaker (starts November)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

A team in Athens is looking for Danish speakers to join its customer operation. Start date: 2 November 2026.

Most of your day is spent listening, understanding the issue and explaining the next step. The role rewards patience, clear language and a calm tone, even when someone is frustrated.

Your Responsibilities:

• Pass recurring issues to your team leader so they can be fixed at source
• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Follow up on open cases so that customers are not left waiting

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
