Dutch and English Customer Service Advisor (Remote, Greece)

About the role

We are recruiting Dutch and English speaking Customer Service Advisors to work fully remotely from Greece. You will help customers with questions, bookings, payments and changes by phone, chat and email, and record every interaction accurately in our systems. You will also work with colleagues across different countries and languages. Our team values clear communication, quick problem solving and treating every customer with care.

Start date: 30 October 2026. Working hours follow a seven-day schedule between 08:00 and midnight, with shifts planned across the week. No relocation is needed. Candidates in Athens and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and fluent English, with English at C1 level or higher as the minimum.
• Based in Greece, with a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection.
• Availability for shifts across Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to midnight.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
