Galician & Spanish Customer Service Agent – Madrid

Speaking both Galician and Spanish is a rare combination, and here it's exactly what we're looking for. We're recruiting Customer Service Agents to join a dynamic team in Madrid and help customers get the information they need, quickly and clearly.

Training starts soon, so this is your chance to start immediately.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers: provide clear information on routes, schedules, prices and travel conditions
• Be the friendly voice: assist every customer with patience and professionalism
• Switch languages with ease: support customers in both Galician and Spanish

You're a Great Fit If You

• Speak Galician and Spanish fluently
• Communicate clearly and enjoy helping people
• Are available to work on-site in Madrid
• Are flexible to work shifts Monday to Sunday, including weekends
