Customer Support Representative - German Speaker (Remote, from 12 Nov)

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative shifts); Days Off - 2 Rotative days

We're helping an employer in Porto, Portugal find their next Customer Support Representative.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What We Offer:

• Salary: 1100€ per 14 months

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Fluent German, English
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal

Relocation Package:

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months)
