Customer Service Advisor - French Speaker (On-Site, from 06 Nov)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join their French-speaking team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly

Requirements:

• French: Fluent | English: B1
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
