Customer Support Representative - Portuguese Speaker (Remote, from 24 Nov)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We're working with an employer in Athens to fill a Customer Support Representative position for their Portuguese market.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

Requirements:

• Fluent Portuguese
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required

Relocation Package:
