Customer Support Representative - Norwegian Speaker | Athens, Greece

An employer in Athens is hiring for a Customer Support Representative role and building out their Norwegian team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

Requirements:

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Solid working English alongside your Norwegian
