Your Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the voice of the company for Croatian-speaking customers, delivering professional, friendly, and efficient support.
Based on-site in Sofia, youll join a multicultural team where collaboration, learning, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
This role is also open to candidates relocating from abroad, making it a great opportunity to start a new professional chapter in Bulgaria.
What Youll Do

Support customers via phone, email, or chat in Croatian and English.

Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

Work closely with your team to achieve service-level targets.
What You Bring

Native-level Croatian (mandatory).

English B2 level, written and spoken.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Relocators are welcome and will be considered.
