• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Chinese

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Document interactions and follow company procedures

Requirements

• Native or fluent Chinese 

• Good command of English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Willingness to relocate to Greece
