Customer Care & Recall Agent - Flemish Speaker (from 12 Oct)

Schedule: Working hours: Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 22:00

We're helping an employer in Lisbon, Portugal find their next Customer Care & Recall Agent.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What We Offer:

• Salary: 1 400,00 €

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

Requirements:

• Flemish: Fluent | English: B2
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
