Customer Support Representative - French Speaker (On-Site, immediate start)

Schedule: Mon - Sat 7am - 7pm

An employer in Porto is hiring for a Customer Support Representative role and building out their French team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• Fluent French
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
