Operations Customer Expert - Spanish Speaker (with Basque)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

A Spanish-speaking Operations Customer Expert is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• Spanish: Fluent | Basque: Fluent | English: B1
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
