Customer Service Advisor - Danish Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We are building a Danish-speaking team in Athens, and we want people who enjoy helping others. Start date: 19 October 2026.

You will learn the product quickly, and your knowledge will grow with every case you handle. You will adapt your tone to each person, from a short, friendly reply to a longer, step-by-step explanation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts
• Support new colleagues by sharing practical tips from your cases
• Meet the quality and response standards the team sets
• Pass recurring issues to your team leader so they can be fixed at source

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
