As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support Dutch-speaking customers with their investment accounts, guide them through the platform's features, and resolve queries about transactions, portfolios, and account management. Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to investment accounts, transactions, and features
- Guide users through the platform with clarity and expertise
- Resolve account issues promptly and escalate where required
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial communication standards
- Contribute to improving the customer experience through your feedback
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: B2 or above
- Interest in personal finance and investing is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
