As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support Dutch-speaking customers with their investment accounts, guide them through the platform's features, and resolve queries about transactions, portfolios, and account management. Your responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to investment accounts, transactions, and features
  • Guide users through the platform with clarity and expertise
  • Resolve account issues promptly and escalate where required
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial communication standards
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience through your feedback

What we are looking for:

  • Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
  • English: B2 or above
  • Interest in personal finance and investing is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
  • High School Diploma required
