Content Moderation Specialist – Ukrainian-speaking

Are you a Ukrainian speaker who cares about online safety and the integrity of digital spaces? We are urgently hiring a Content Moderation Specialist for one of the world's most popular short-form video platforms, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

As a Content Moderation Specialist, your daily mission will be to ensure the platform remains a safe, positive, and trusted space for users everywhere. You will review content with precision and fairness, applying community guidelines while drawing on your cultural and linguistic expertise for Ukrainian-language content.

Your responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content against platform policies
• Identify and escalate potentially harmful or policy-violating material
• Apply content guidelines consistently across different content categories
• Provide feedback to help refine content safety processes
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency across daily moderation queues

What we are looking for:

• Ukrainian: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: B2 or above
• Strong judgment, emotional resilience, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within structured guidelines
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
