Solutions Consultant – Polish-speaking | Sofia

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be more than a customer service agent — you will be a trusted advisor, guiding Polish-speaking customers through complex situations and delivering solutions that leave a lasting positive impression. Your responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound Polish-language contacts via phone, chat, and email
• Understand customer needs deeply and propose tailored, effective solutions
• Manage complex or escalated cases with patience and professionalism
• Record all interactions accurately in internal systems
• Contribute to a positive, results-driven team culture

What we are looking for:

• Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: working proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer outcomes
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
