What you'll do

You'll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll work across channels — chat, email, or phone — depending on your role. Full training is provided before you go live with customers.

What we're looking for

Fluent spoken and written Dutch — native, near-native, or Flemish
Conversational English for internal communication
EU passport or valid EU work authorization
Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused personality
Reliable and punctual — your team depends on you
Comfortable working independently, especially in a remote setting
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus — not required
