We're looking for Dutch and Flemish speakers to join our customer service team based in Athens, Greece. Whether you want to relocate to a sun-soaked Mediterranean city or work remotely from your current location, we have a spot for you.
No specific background required — if you're friendly, reliable, and fluent in Dutch, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
You'll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll work across channels — chat, email, or phone — depending on your role. Full training is provided before you go live with customers.

What we're looking for
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch — native, near-native, or Flemish
- Conversational English for internal communication
- EU passport or valid EU work authorization
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused personality
- Reliable and punctual — your team depends on you
- Comfortable working independently, especially in a remote setting
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus — not required
