About the Role

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join one of the worlds leading outsourcing companies in Greece. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, providing excellent customer support, and working in an international environment.

Whether you prefer working on-site in Athens or remotely within Greece, this position gives you flexibility while offering full relocation support if you are moving from abroad.

What You Will Do

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from Dutch-speaking customers
• Support clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service updates
• Provide professional and empathetic solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues in a multicultural environment

Requirements

• Native or C2 level in Dutch
• B2 level or higher in English
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (40h/week, 5 days/week)
