Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, 08:00 21:00 (rotative shifts)

  • 2 rotative days off per week

Language Requirements:

  • Spanish: C1

  • English: B2

Salary & Benefits:

  • Meal allowance: 7.23 per day

  • Transport allowance: 20 per month

  • Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution, free after 6 months)

  • Additional bonus for Braga-based positions: 20 per 12 months

Relocation Package (Lisbon only):

  • Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400, Economy class) at the end of the 6th month

  • Shared accommodation option: room in a company-provided apartment for up to 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for the Spanish market via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain professionalism and service quality at all times.

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) + strong English skills (B2)

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
