Working Schedule:

Monday to Sunday, 08:00 21:00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week
Language Requirements:

Spanish: C1

English: B2
Salary & Benefits:

Meal allowance: 7.23 per day

Transport allowance: 20 per month

Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution, free after 6 months)

Additional bonus for Braga-based positions: 20 per 12 months
Relocation Package (Lisbon only):

Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400, Economy class) at the end of the 6th month

Shared accommodation option: room in a company-provided apartment for up to 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip)
Responsibilities:

Provide customer support for the Spanish market via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting.

Maintain professionalism and service quality at all times.

Contribute to a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish (C1) + strong English skills (B2)

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to work shifts, including weekends

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
