English-Speaking Customer Service (Athens, Greece)

Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: MondaySunday, night shift only (15:0023:00) flexibility required as hours may change
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week, 8h/day, 5 days/week)
Target: Local candidates in Athens

Salary & Benefits

• 1,200 x 14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)

What Youll Do

• Handle customer inquiries in English via phone, chat, and email

• Solve issues with patience, professionalism, and a smile (even at night!)

• Document interactions and escalate when needed

• Support customers and ensure an excellent service experience

What Were Looking For

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Living in Athens (locals only)

• Flexibility to work night shifts

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
