Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Greek.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues.

Manage complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain customer records in internal systems.

Work closely with colleagues and team leaders to improve service quality.
Requirements

Native-level Greek (spoken & written).

Good level of English (for internal use and training).

Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Availability to start on 06 October 2025 in Athens.
