About the Role

We are seeking a Greek-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will support customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Greek.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues.

  • Manage complaints with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain customer records in internal systems.

  • Work closely with colleagues and team leaders to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Native-level Greek (spoken & written).

  • Good level of English (for internal use and training).

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Availability to start on 06 October 2025 in Athens.
