Customer Care Agent - Dutch Speaker (Remote)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

This position suits someone who wants stable, well-organised work in Athens helping Dutch-speaking customers. Start date: 19 October 2026.

You will handle everyday requests from start to finish and escalate only when it is genuinely needed. Most of your day is spent listening, understanding the issue and explaining the next step.

Your Responsibilities:

• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts
• Follow up on open cases so that customers are not left waiting

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
