German-Speaking Billing Service Agent – Sofia, Bulgaria (Relocation Supported)

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the Customer Service & Billing industry, supporting an international project focused on the German-speaking market. This is an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing-related enquiries from German-speaking customers
• Manage and support billing processes, including invoices, payments and account adjustments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies accurately and on time
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to customers
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when needed
• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Customer-focused, with strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and billing data
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and work on-site
• Previous customer service or billing experience is an advantage, not a must
