German-Speaking Customer Advisor – Bucharest (Hybrid)

Are you fluent in German, based in Bucharest, and experienced in phone-based customer service or sales? Join an international customer experience team in a hybrid role with a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

What you'll do

• Handle customer interactions in German by phone, email and live chat
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM
• Work with internal teams and escalate complex issues when needed

What you need

• Advanced German (C1–C2), spoken and written
• English at B2 level or above
• At least 6 months' experience in phone-based customer service or sales, ideally in a BPO/call centre
• A sales mindset and comfort with upselling
• CRM experience, good computer skills and MS Office
• A patient, empathetic, proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Living in Bucharest and able to commute to the Sector 4 office 3 days a week
