Operations Customer Expert - Spanish Speaker (with Galician)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We're recruiting a Operations Customer Expert for a growing team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Your Responsibilities:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated

Requirements:

• Spanish: Fluent | Galician: Fluent | English: B1
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
