Customer Support Agents - French Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday,08:00 – 22h, Saturday and Sunday, 08h00 - 22h (Rotating shifts); 2 days off / week (Rotating)

We're recruiting a Customer Support Agents for a growing team in Lisbon, Portugal.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• French: Fluent | English: C1
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
