Remote Customer Support Representative - Norwegian Speaker | Greece

We are recruiting a Customer Support Representative to join a Norwegian-speaking team in Greece (work from home).

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the online payments sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flag recurring problems so they can be fixed at the source
• Escalate complex cases to the right team
• Stay calm and helpful with customers who are frustrated
• Follow up on open cases until they are fully resolved

Requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken
• EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or equivalent right to work in Greece
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Remote
• Start date: 19 November 2026
• Full-time contract
