As an Advanced Customer Support Specialist, you will provide specialised, empathetic support to Dutch-speaking healthcare users and patients. This is a meaningful role that combines technical knowledge with genuine human care — helping users get the best from life-enhancing medical technology.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer inquiries related to medical devices and consumables
- Provide detailed product guidance with sensitivity and professionalism
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve device-related issues
- Support customers through warranty, replacement, and reordering processes
- Maintain high satisfaction scores in a specialised customer segment
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: strong B2 or above
- Experience in advanced or specialist customer service (required)
- Empathetic, patient, and able to communicate complex information clearly
- Interest in healthcare technology is a strong advantage
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
