Your responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries related to medical devices and consumables
  • Provide detailed product guidance with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve device-related issues
  • Support customers through warranty, replacement, and reordering processes
  • Maintain high satisfaction scores in a specialised customer segment

What we are looking for:

  • Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
  • English: strong B2 or above
  • Experience in advanced or specialist customer service (required)
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to communicate complex information clearly
  • Interest in healthcare technology is a strong advantage
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
  • High School Diploma required
