About the Role
We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our growing team in Greece. Whether you prefer working from the comfort of your home anywhere in Greece or from our modern Athens office, we have options to suit your lifestyle. Multiple intake dates are available between May and July 2026, with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Italian across phone, email, and/or chat
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Accurately log interactions and follow up on open cases
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality coaches to meet performance targets
- Represent our client brand with professionalism and empathy
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native Italian speaker (C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or above)
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role is a plus
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
- EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Greece
- Reliable internet connection (for remote candidates)
