The Role
Join our international customer support team based in Greece as a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative. You'll support Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Full training provided — no experience needed.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound queries from Polish-speaking customers, resolve issues efficiently and professionally, work within a multilingual team either remotely from Greece or on-site, and meet quality and performance targets with full team support.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Polish (native or near-native) is essential, along with good English communication skills. A positive attitude and strong people skills are a must. No previous experience required — we train you from day one.
