About the Opportunities
We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international teams based in Lisbon, Portugal.
You will assist Dutch-speaking customers by phone, chat, and email for leading global brands in E-commerce, Technology, Digital Marketing, Travel, and Social Media.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues
- Maintain service quality standards and meet performance KPIs
- Deliver solutions with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Work closely with international colleagues across multiple departments
Your Profile
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2)
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- EU citizenship or valid residence in Portugal
