Sales Engineer - Polish Speaker | Sofia, Bulgaria

We're working with an employer in Sofia to fill a Sales Engineer position for their Polish market.

This one's for someone comfortable owning a pipeline and being measured on results, not just activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a pipeline and report on progress against targets
• Understand the product well enough to answer objections on the spot
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date as deals move forward
• Follow up on leads promptly rather than letting them go cold

Requirements:

• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
