Key Responsibilities:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: Mon-Sun 08:00-00:00
• Work model: On-Site

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 1500€ Gross

Relocation Package:

- For candidates who are based in Greece and there is no work from home possibility the client doesn't provide any standard relocation package. The client can check per case what they can do to assist. - All candidates who relocate from abroad, need to be in Athens 7 days prior to the starting date for their hiring docs. - Relocated employees need to work from site for at least 3 months - with the only exception of those who already have a house in Greece and a confirmed internet connection. - 3 weeks Accommodation in a hotel close to the office - 3 months for May 2026 hires in Croatian roles (after these 3 weeks of accommodation there is no assistance with Real Estate agencies) - up to 300€ support for the ones moving from abroad (1st payment) - legal support with hiring documents (candidates need to gather and provide the required documents) Not Included: - Flight ticket (only the reimburse up to 300€ Gross - with 1st payment - check relocation info) - Airport pick-up - Transportation from the airport to the hotel
