Customer Service Advisor - French Speaker (Hybrid, from 30 Oct)

Location: Porto, Portugal

A well-established company in Porto is expanding and looking to bring on a Customer Service Advisor.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated

Requirements:

• French: Fluent | English: B1
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
