Customer Care Specialist - French Speaker (On-Site, from 16 Oct)

We're working with an employer in Porto to fill a Customer Care Specialist position for their French market.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• French: Fluent | English: B2
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
