Remote Technical Support Representative - Portuguese Speaker | Greece

New opening: Technical Support Representative in Greece (work from home), for Portuguese speakers.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving technical problems and can explain the fix in plain language.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the cloud storage software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep up to date with product changes and known issues
• Spot recurring faults and report them upstream
• Log each resolution clearly for the wider team
• Diagnose technical issues reported by customers

Requirements:

• Fluent Portuguese, written and spoken
• EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or equivalent right to work in Greece
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once
• Team player who is open to feedback

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Remote
• Start date: 10 November 2026
• Full-time contract
