Arabic & English Content Reviewer – Sofia, Bulgaria

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the gaming industry, supporting an international project focused on the Arabic-speaking market. This is an on-site, back-office role in Sofia, Bulgaria, open to candidates already in Bulgaria and to international candidates relocating to Sofia.

Key Responsibilities

• Review gaming content to check that it meets platform guidelines and quality standards
• Handle content-related cases and enquiries by email and chat
• Flag and escalate content issues to the relevant teams
• Keep case records accurate in internal systems
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Availability for shift work, Monday to Sunday
• Interest in gaming and online content is a plus
