Customer Support Specialist - German Speaker (On-Site)

Location: Athens, Greece

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high. Customers often say thank you when a problem is finally solved, and that is a big part of the job.

Your Responsibilities:

• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Meet the quality and response standards the team sets
• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts
• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
