Customer Support Representative - Brazilian Portuguese Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

If you speak Brazilian Portuguese well and like working with people, this role in Athens could be a good fit. Start date: 19 October 2026.

You will learn the product quickly, and your knowledge will grow with every case you handle. You will adapt your tone to each person, from a short, friendly reply to a longer, step-by-step explanation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts
• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts
• Support new colleagues by sharing practical tips from your cases

Requirements:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
