What You'll Do

• Connect with customers: handle calls, emails and live chats in German
• Solve with care: deliver patient, empathetic, solution-focused support
• Keep it accurate: document every interaction in the CRM system
• Team up: work with internal teams and escalate complex cases
• Boost your earnings: spot cross-selling and upselling opportunities

You're a Great Fit If You

• Speak German at C1–C2 level, spoken and written, with English at B2 or higher
• Communicate clearly and listen actively
• Are comfortable with computers, MS Office and CRM tools
• Are proactive, patient and solution-oriented
• Have customer service experience, or can confidently handle phone, email and chat
• Feel comfortable with sales conversations
