As a Player Support Specialist, you will assist Polish-speaking players with account management, technical issues, in-game queries, and fair play concerns. You will be the bridge between the player community and the game — ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to its players.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle Polish-language player support requests via digital channels
  • Assist with account access, purchases, technical problems, and game-related queries
  • Review and act on reports related to fair play and player conduct
  • Document cases accurately and follow escalation procedures
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support that players appreciate

What we are looking for:

  • Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
  • English: solid working proficiency
  • Genuine passion for gaming and online gaming communities
  • Patient, empathetic communicator with strong written skills
  • Available to work on-site in Sofia
