We are urgently hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to represent a globally iconic luxury coffee brand — one of the most recognisable names in premium lifestyle. In this role you will be the brand's voice for Dutch-speaking customers — helping coffee enthusiasts with their orders, subscriptions, machine queries, and club memberships. You will deliver the same premium experience customers expect from the brand itself: sophisticated, warm, and effortlessly helpful.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about products, orders, machines, and memberships
- Provide expert-level knowledge on the product range and subscription offers
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, billing, and product performance
- Uphold the brand's premium service standards in every interaction
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities where appropriate
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: B2 or above
- Passion for quality products and exceptional customer experiences
- Professional communication with a warm and approachable tone
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
