About the role

You will join our international customer service team as a remote Italian-language advisor. Working from your home in Greece, you will support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. Full training is provided remotely before you start handling any contacts — you will never be thrown in at the deep end.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound Italian-speaking customer contacts via phone, email, and live chat from your home
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally, targeting first-contact resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM platform — all tools and training provided
  • Collaborate with your remote team via digital channels and regular virtual team meetings
  • Meet quality and productivity targets in a structured and well-supported remote environment

What we need

  • Native or near-native Italian (C2 / mother tongue) — essential
  • Currently residing in Greece — this role is home-based within Greece only
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home working space
  • Working English (B1–B2) for internal communication
  • Full-time availability (rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends)
  • Valid right to work in Greece
  • No prior customer service experience required — we provide complete remote training
